Excess silt in sand kills cement bonding. We ensure your sand is clean and graded.

Silt Content Test Must be less than 8% by volume
Bulking of Sand Moisture check for accurate mixing
Sieve Analysis Particle size distribution (Zone I-IV)

Zone II Graded

Red Bricks & AAC Blocks

Weak bricks lead to wall cracks. We crush them to find their true load capacity.

Compressive Strength Class A > 10 N/mm²
Water Absorption Should be < 20% of dry weight
Efflorescence Check for salt deposits (White Patches)
