Construction Material Testing

Bricks, Cement & Sand. Before using any material, we check its quality. From the Compressive Strength of bricks to the Initial Setting Time of cement, we filter out sub-standard materials instantly.

Concrete Cube Testing

The Strength Test. We cast concrete cubes during casting and crush them in a Compression Testing Machine (CTM) after 7, 14, and 28 days to verify if the concrete has achieved the target strength (e.g., M25, M30).

Field Density Test (FDT)

Soil Compaction Check. Before flooring or road work, we check if the soil is compacted properly using the Core Cutter or Sand Replacement method. Loose soil leads to floor sinking and cracks later.
