GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS
1. Wear and Tear: Normal deterioration, aging, or minor colour fading over time.
2. Misuse or Damage: Defects from misuse, poor maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party modifications.
3. Acts of God: Damage caused by earthquakes, severe storms, etc.
4. Client-Supplied Items: Failure in materials supplied directly by the client.
5. Differential Cost Items: Replacement cost exceeding standard budget borne by client.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
1. Client must notify builder in writing (email/WhatsApp) providing photographs.
2. Builder shall inspect within 7 working days.
3. Covered defects rectified at no cost within reasonable timeframe.
